All of it is public record under Florida’s Chapter 119.

QODECQ LLC is an independent company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Florida DBPR, Miami-Dade County or any other government agency.

How fresh
it is.

One dot per day, two weeks shown.

  1. Restaurant files

The state publishes them every morning, around 6:47am Eastern.

  2. Miami-Dade County permits

    About two days behind.

  3. Your list

    A new one every Monday.

How the numbers are made

Every count comes straight from the files and is checked twice. AI never counts, ranks or invents a number. If a territory is thin, the list shows the real small number instead of padding it.

The six steps

  1. Pull the public files.

  2. Clean them up and remove duplicates.

  3. Keep only your county or branch area and your trade’s triggers.

  4. Rank them, worst citation or busiest contractor first.

  5. Supply houses: match against your customer names.

  6. Send your Monday sheet and a one-page summary by email.

What we
never do.

Who we are.

We’re a new Orlando company. That’s why the sample is free: you can judge it yourself.

The company
QODECQ LLC, based in Orlando, Florida.
The name
Say it “codec.” A codec turns a raw signal into something you can use. That’s the job: raw public records in, a call list out.
