What we do with your details
We don’t sell or share what you give us on this site, or the customer lists you send us.
We use your details only to send your sample and follow up about it.
Our weekly lists are built from public records (Florida DBPR and Miami-Dade County).
Questions about a record, or a deletion request: wecare@qodecq.com.
Form messages pass through Web3Forms under its own retention policy.
What we collect
What you type into the sample form: your name, company, work email, program, trade, county or branch address, and any message. We don’t ask for a phone number.
If you email us, your email address and what you write.
Nothing else. This site has no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and it sets no cookies of its own, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to follow up about your sample or your account, or until you ask us to delete it.
Who handles it for us
Microsoft 365 runs our email, wecare@qodecq.com.
Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it handles the technical details every visit sends, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Web3Forms, a form-delivery service based in India, carries the sample form to our inbox. Under its own privacy policy it keeps form messages for up to three years and may check your IP address and email address with spam filters.
Each of them handles what it receives for us, under its own privacy policy. We don’t give your details to anyone else.
Your choices
Ask us at wecare@qodecq.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Reply “no thanks” to any email from us and we won’t email you again.
Customer lists
- Send customer names only — no sales figures.
- We use your list only to run your match and, if you sign up, to build your weekly call sheets.
- It’s kept in a private folder for your company only. Never shared, never resold, never put in shared tools.
- We delete it within 14 days if you don’t sign up — or sooner if you ask — and confirm in writing.
Children and changes
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
